hello@atberth.comFrequently asked
Is IronMath available yet?
Not yet. IronMath is coming soon to iPhone and Android. It is not in the App Store or Google Play today. Email us to hear when it is.
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. IronMath is offline-first. The plate math, warm-ups, tools and your set log all run and are stored on the phone.
Pounds or kilos?
Both. Pounds (LB) are the default with a 45 lb Olympic bar pre-selected. The Load tab shows LB and KG side by side, and you can switch the target unit at any time.
Why doesn't it hit my exact number?
If your target can't be built from the plates your gym owns, IronMath picks a load using your Rounding bias and shows the next loadable weight down and up. Closest is the default and exact ties go to the lighter bar. You can choose Never go over or Never come in light in Settings.
Can I tell it which plates my gym has?
Yes. Settings has gym profiles (Commercial, Garage / Home and Powerlifting to start) with a pair inventory for every plate, including micro plates down to 0.25, plus bar presets and collars.
How do warm-ups work?
Pick Quick, Standard or Thorough and a working weight. Each rung is solved against your plates, with reps and a hint for what to take off and put on from the last set.
Can I export my log?
Yes. The Log tab exports every set as CSV through the share sheet.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is optional and only exists to sync your data so you can restore it on another phone. You can delete it in Settings.
